Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Forma Labs LLC ("we" or "us") for the fswitcher app and fswitcher.app. By buying or using fswitcher, you agree to them.

License

When you buy fswitcher, we give you a personal, non-transferable license to use it on the number of Macs included with your purchase. fswitcher remains owned by Forma Labs LLC.

You may not:

Purchases and refunds

You can try fswitcher free for 7 days before you buy. fswitcher is a one-time purchase. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and processes payments, and its terms also apply to your purchase. To request a refund, email us. Approved refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, and the license key is deactivated.

Updates

We may release updates to fswitcher. Your purchase does not guarantee future updates, features, or major versions. Changes to macOS may affect how fswitcher works.

Disclaimer and liability

fswitcher is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that it will be error-free or work with every app or setup.

To the extent the law allows, Forma Labs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost data or profits. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for fswitcher. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending the license

Your license ends if you break these terms or receive a refund. We may deactivate license keys that are shared, resold, refunded, or obtained through fraud. When your license ends, you must stop using fswitcher.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
